1. Return Policy
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
2. Exceptions
Please note that custom-cut fabrics (fabrics cut to specific yards/meters per your request) are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless the fabric itself is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Defect or Damage
In the event that your order arrives damaged or contains a weaving defect, please email us as soon as possible at support@fabricfusion.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Contact page or reply to your order confirmation email to request a return authorization.
