By accessing and using the Fabric Fusion website and storefront, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fabric Fusion and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Descriptions and Color Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our fabrics as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

4. Ordering and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. All payments must be received before items are dispatched unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected and available.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fabric Fusion shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, beyond the total order value paid by the customer.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
