Fabric Warranty

1. Craftsmanship Guarantee

At Fabric Fusion, we stand behind the quality of our textiles. We guarantee that all fabrics are free from major manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Due to the handcrafted nature of many of our textiles, slight variations in weave and color are expected and celebrated as part of the artisan process, and do not constitute a defect.

2. Defective Merchandise

If you believe a fabric you received has a genuine manufacturing flaw (e.g., significant misweaves, tears, or substantial dye inconsistencies), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence.

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper washing, dry cleaning, or ironing.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Exposure to extreme sunlight or harsh chemicals.
• Tailoring errors made after delivery.

4. Claims Process

Approved warranty claims will be resolved via a full replacement of the original fabric, or, if the fabric is no longer in stock, store credit of equal value.
